What other means of qualitative analysis are used to identify metals

Figure out the density. every metal has it's own. just fill a glass up to the top with water, and then carefully put the metal in. measure how much water is displaced (either by collecting the water or by measuring the glass afterwards),

then you will have the substance's density, because you have volume and it's measurement.
