To neutrilize you meed equal moles of H + and OH - so they are converted into water. 2.0 M * 0.036 = 0.072 moles of NaOH and moles of NaOH = moles of OH -. So 0.072 moles of H + are needed so 1.5*x=0.072. X = 0.048 Liters of HCl (aq)
