    The volume of Sulfur dioxide gas that would be collected at 237c and 10.7 atm is

    0.446 L

    it is calculated using ideal gas equation

    that is PV = nRT

    P (pressure) = 10.7 atm

    V (volume=?

    n = number of moles = 18.2 g/159 = 0.114 moles

    by making V the subject of the formula V = nRT/P

    (0.114 mol x0.082 L. atm/mol/k x510 K) / 10.7 atm = 0.446 L
