How many moles of gas are there in a 45.0 l container at 25.0°c and 500.0 mm hg?

    1 atm=760mmhg so you have 760/500 atm here

    n=pV/RT

    T (temperature by kelvin) = t (celcius) + 273

    R=22,4/273

    and there you go!
