At standard conditions, the standard volume for any gas is 22.4 L/mol. Therefore the amount of moles of hydrogen gas is:

    Moles of H2: 159 L/22.4 L/mol = 7.1 mol

    The reaction would be:

    H₂ + Cl₂ - - > 2 HCl

Moles of HCl produced: 7.1 mol H₂ * 2 mol HCl/1 mol H₂ = 14.2 mol HCl
