If there are two moles of wolframite, which includes one mole in the formula, multiply the amount of moles in the formula by the amount of moles you have.

1 mol of iron in wolframite x 2 moles of wolframite = 2 moles of iron

There are 6.022 x 10^23 atoms in a mole of any element.

    2 x 6.022^23 = 1.2044^24 iron atoms
