CO2 and H2Ois released into the blood where there is a lower concentration of both outside of the cells that processed the glucose due to diffusion. Then the blood is transferred to the kidneys to be further processed then stored in the bladder to eventually out of the body by micturition. Sweat can also be used to rid the body of H2O. CO2 leaves the body through the lungs when exhalation is done.
