Which of these subshell designations are possible and which are impossible? 0p?

    0
    2d and 3f are invalid, there is no d subshell in the second shell (there is no 2d but 3d, 4d etc) and no f subshell in the third shell (but 4f, 5f etc) d subshells start from the third shell and f subshells from the fourth shell. So it's options B and C you want.
