    Your answer is C Chemical bonds between electrons because when electrons rub against each other they stick together and form a bond also its not A because electrons are made of electrify they are not magnetic also its not A because every element has its own protons, neutrons, and electrons they don't share protons even if their the same element when it came down to rather A, or C but I choose C.
