The side of left to right to the main chain of molecules of glycine.

Nitrogen itself has a trigonal pyramidal geometry. First carbon has a tetrahedral geometry. The second carbon has trigonal planar geometry.

Oxygen has linear geometry. The atoms are bonded to geometry around certain atom molecules.

Going from left to right on the main chain of molecule of glycine,

Nitrogen has a trigonal pyramidial geometry

The first carbon has a tetrahedral geometry

The second carbon has a trigonal planer geometry

The oxygen has a linear geometry

The geometry around a certain atom in a molecule is not only subject to the atoms it is bonded to, but also the lone pairs of electrons present. Remember that the repulsion between lone pairs is greater than the repulsion between lone pairs and bond pairs, which is greater than the repulsion between bond pairs.
