What is the pH of a KOH solution that has [H+] = 1.87 * 10-13 M?

    The pH of a solution is a measure of its acidity. It is related logarithmically to the concentration of the hydronium ions. We calculate the pH of a solution by the equation pH = - log [H+]. We do as follows:

    pH = - log [1.87x10^-13]

    pH = 12.73
