    Wave length and frequency have an inverse relationship versus C, celerity of light:

    Frequency = (C m/s) / (Wave length m)

    Frequency = 3 x 10⁸ / (6.5 x 10⁻⁷)

    Frequency = (3/6.5) x 10¹⁵ = 0.4615 x 10⁻¹⁵ = 4.615 x 10⁻14 second
