    This question just requires that you solve for the variable C2

    C1*V1 = C2*V2

    Divide both terms by V2 = > C1 * V1 / V2 = C2 * V2 / V2

    => C1 * V1 / V2 = C2.

    Answer: C2 = C1 * V1 / V2
