Potassium hydroxide react with sulfuric acid to give potassium sulphate and water

    2KOH + H2SO4 - - - >K2SO4 + 2H2O

from the equation above 2 moles of KOH react with 1 mole of H2SO4

This means that the reacting ratio is of KOH to H2SO4 is 2:1

    THe moles of H2SO4 IS 0.30 X1/2 = 0.15moles
