Describe the temperature changes that occurs in ice as energy is added starting and is it in the Frozen State and ending in the vapor state

    The temperature of the ice will go up from negative whatever to 0 Celsius. Then, it will use up energy to melt (this is what we call heat of fusion).

    The temperature will then go from 0 to 100. Once it reaches 100, it will use up energy to vaporize (this is what we call heat of vaporization).
