    Mass of solute that is KCl given as=14.0 g

    Mass of the solution=Volume / times density

    Mass of the solution=78 mL/times 1g cm^{-3}

    Mass of the solution=78 g

    weight/weight % of the solute=/frac{Mass of the solute}{Mass of the solution}/times 100

    weight/weight % of the solute that is KCl=/frac{14}{78}/times 100

    weight/weight % of the solute that is KCl=17.9

    So the weight/weight % of the solute that is KCl found to be 17.9.
