    Square Planar

    Explanation:

According to the valance shell electron pair repulsion theory, the atoms takes a structure whereby the valence electrons minimize the repulsion between them. The shape of an XeF4 looks more like an octahedral but due to the the presence of lone pairs of electrons it takes a square planar shape according to the VSEPR theory
