Describe what most likely happens when an atom of this element come near an atom having seven valence electrons.

    Answer: there will be no reaction since the element has no bonding electrons. Hence the element is chemically inert

    Both want to have eight valence electrons. There for they would share forming covalent bonds. Probably have OF2
