How does the structure of a saturated fatty acid differ from an unsaturated fatty acid? Based on its structure, how does an unsaturated fatty acid affect plasma membrane fluidity?

    unsaturated fatty acid are liquid in nature, posses multiple bond in it's structure where as saturated fatty acid are solid in nature, have only single bonds in it's structure.
