Water will move from right to left initially and after that backwards

Lipid bilayer is a semipermeable membrane that allows transer of only selected molecules thruogh its channel and water molecules.

In the given liplayer, K + channel is present, so only potassium ions can pass though it.

1 M solution of sodium chloride added to left

1.5 M solution of potassium chloride added to the right.

So, left side has more ions as compared to right side as 1 NaCl has two ions.

So, water will move from right to left initially, but once potassium ions will move from right to left, the water will move backwards (from left to right)
