    Explanation:

    Given dа ta:

    Density = 13.6 g/mL

    mass = 106.3 g

    volume = ?

    Formula:

    d=m/v

    v = m/d

    v = 106.3 g / 13.6 g/mL

    v = 7.816 mL

    Now we have to find the radius of tube:

    Formula:

    V = πr²h

    v = 7.816 ml

    π = 22/7 = 3.14

    h = 10.3 cm

    now we will put the values in formula:

    V = πr²h

    7.816 mL = 3.14 * r² * 10.3 cm

    7.816 / 32.342 = r²

    r² = 0.242 mL/cm

    r = 0.491 cm

    Formula for diameter is given below:

    diameter = 2 * radius

    diameter = 2 * 0.491 cm

    diameter = 0.982 cm
