    5.302 L

    Explanation:

    Applying the general gas law,

    PV/T = P'V'/T' ... Equation 1

    Where P = initial pressure of air, V = Initial volume of air, T = Initial Temperature, P' = Final pressure, V' = Final Volume, T' = Final Temperature.

    Make V' the subject of the equation

    V' = PVT'/P'T ... Equation 2

    From the question,

    Given: P = 107 kPa, V = 5.00 L, T = - 50°C = (-50+273) = 223 K, P' = 60 kPa, T' = 102°C = (102+273) = 375K

    Substitute into equation 2

    V' = (107*5*223) / (375*60)

    V' = 119305/22500

    V' = 5.302 L.
