    Explanation:

    Ethylene is an important plant hormone that in produced by plants for the purpose of growth, development and respond to stress for various purpose through out it's life cycle.

    They are volatile and are also required in the field of agriculture for ripening of fruits, seed germination, root stem development, sex determination etc.

    Over use of ethylene may provide harmful impact on the plant as it spoil the products.
