Background Knowledge: The food we eat pass through digestive system has two forms

1) Bolus: Food when swallowed and pass through esophagus into stomach for digestion is known as Bolus.

2) Chyme: This bolus when mixes with gastric juices produced up by stomach, It makes chyme which is highly acidic in nature.

Gastric juices + Bolus = Chyme

Chyme enters the first part of small intestine known as duodenum. Duodenum on receiving chyme produces cholecystokinin hormone. This hormone releases bile by causing contraction in gall bladder.

Similarly duodenum also releases secretin on receiving chyme which further cause pancreas to secrete its secretions.

Results: Hence option 2, option 3 and option 4 all alter (change) due to the presence of chyme except option 1 because gastric juices are released before the formation of chyme.
