    C K2SO4 = 1.837 E-3 M

    Explanation:

    K2SO4 (s) + H2O (l) ↔ 2K + (aq) + SO42 - (aq)

    ∴ m K2SO4 = 193 mg * (g / 1000 mg) = 0.193 g

    ∴ Mw K2SO4 = 174.24 g/mol

    ∴ Vsln = 603 mL H2O = 0.603 L sln

    ⇒ mol K2SO4 = 0.193 g * (mol / 174.24 g) = 1.108 E-3 mol

    ⇒ C K2SO4 = 1.108 E-3 mol / 0.603 L = 1.837 E-3 M
