    2 NaOH + H2SO4 - > Na2SO4 + H2O

    2 mol NaOH - > 1 mol H2SO4

    x - > 1.8 mol H2SO4 x = (1.8 mol H2SO4 * 2 mol NaOH) / 1 mol H2SO4

    x = 3.6 mol NaOH

    M = mol solute / L solution

    L solution = mol solute / M L solution = (3.6 mol NaOH) / 4.0 M

    L solution = 14.4 L
