    The initial velocity as a percentage of Vmax is 1100%

    Explanation:

    From Michaelis Menten equation,

    Vo = Vmax[S]/Km+[S]

    Vo/Vmax = [S]/Km+[S]

    Expressing the initial velocity as a percentage of Vmax is

    Vmax/Vo = Km+[S]/[S] * 100

    [S] = Km/10

    Km = 10[S]

    Vmax/Vo = 10[S]+[S]/[S] * 100 = 11[S]/[S] * 100 = 11*100 = 1100%
