    C. HCI + NaHCO3 - NaCl + CO2 + H2O

    Explanation:

    Acid-Base Reaction.

Whenever an acid react with base salt and water is formed. Acid-base reaction is also called neutralization reaction.

In given set of chemical reaction the only one reaction is formed salt and water which is the reaction of hydrochloric acid with sodium bicarbonate. So it is the acid base reaction.

This reaction is also occur in stomach. When someone feel acidity it means the concentration of acid increase which causes thew heartburn. In this condition a base such as sodium bicarbonate is taken which release the carbon dioxide and leaving behind the neutral slat and water.

    Chemical equation:

    HCl + NaHCO₃ → NaCl + CO₂ + H₂O

This reaction also follow the law of conservation of mass because there are equal number of atoms of elements present in both side of reaction equation.
