The two types of pollution demonstrated are toxic and bacterial.

    Explanation:

Manure is nothing but animal dung which can be used to fertilize land.

Animal excreta or dung very obviously contain various bacteria in it. Keeping this manure near river, exposed to rain and wind makes it get in contact or even get mixed with the river water thus polluting it with bacteria and other toxins like nitrogen, phosphorus and pathogens present in the manure, making the river water highly unfit for drinking.

Thus toxic and bacterial pollution are the real world pollution examples demonstrated through this.
