2. Suppose you placed two flasks, each filled with 100 milliliters of water, on a lab bench Then you covered one flask tightly with plastic wrap. After 3 days, how would the amount of water in the flasks compare? Explain your answer

    The flask covered with plastic wrap will contain more water that the flas left exposed.

    Explanation:

    Both flask will undergo evaporation of the water inside them into gas. The plastic wrapped flask will have the gaseous water condense back to water and return to the flask while the exposed flask will have the moisture evaporate into the air around it.
