    Explanation:

    TPP or thymine pyrophosphate TPP is used as cofactor during Pentose phosphate pathway and de carboxylation of pyruvate.

    PLP or pyridoxal phosphate PLP is used as coenzymes in trans amination reaction.

    Biotin or vitamin B7 Biotin is used as coenzyme during one carbon transfer reaction For example pyruvate to oxaloacetate.

    FAD or Flavin Adenine dinucleotide FAD is used as co enzyme in many metabolic reactions such as fatty acid oxidation, TCA cycle.

    NADPH NADPH is used as coenzyme to minimize the toxic effect of reactive oxygen species.
