Na+ion resembles Ne (Neon) atom because both are less reactive and both have same number of electrons i. e. 10 after sodium donates electron.

    Explanation:

Na has one electron in its outermost shell which make it highly reactive while Neon belongs to noble gas family so they are stable and less reactive. When sodium loses electron, Na + ion is formed which make it stable and less reactive so Na+ion resembles Ne (Neon) atom. Both have same number of electrons i. e. 10 after sodium donates electron
