    5 atm

    Explanation:

Gay-Lussac's Law states that pressure of a given amount of gas held at constant volume is directly proportional to the Kelvin temperature.

    P1 / T1 = P2 / T2

Plug the information given in and you get

    (10atm) (10 K) = (P2) (20K)

Divide both sides by 20 K and you get the unknown pressure which is 5 atm.
