Two ecosystems might have different species of plant this is as a result of the nature of the ecosystem and the ability of plants to thrive in them.

    Explanation:

An ecosystem can be defined as a community of organisms living together and interacting with their physical environment. There are different types of ecosystems but they are all categorized under terrestrial and aquatic habitats. They include forests, grasslands, deserts, freshwater and marine.

In the desert ecosystem an example of a plant that grows there is the cactus plant, this is as a result of their ability to conserve water.

In freshwater ecosystem, an example of a plant found there is the waterlily this is due to their unique ability to survive on water surfaces.

These different plant species are affected by different limiting factors in their ecosystems such as temperature, sunlight, nutrients.
