    Explanation:

    For weak base solutions [OH] = SqrRt ([Base]·Kb

    Then, from pH + pOH = 14 = > pH = 14 - pOH

    [OH} = SqrRt[ (0.22) (5.6 x 10⁻⁴) ] = 3.91

    pH = 14 - 3.91 = 10.1
