    The question is typed wrong. The correct question is

    Balance the following equation. Then determine the mole ratio of Ca (OH) 2:Al (OH) 3.

    Al2 (SO4) 3 + Ca (OH) 2 - -> Al (OH) 3 + CaSO4

    Answer:-

    Al2 (SO4) 3 + 3 Ca (OH) 2 = 2 Al (OH) 3 + 3 CaSO4

    3: 2

    Explanation:-

    Al2 (SO4) 3 + Ca (OH) 2 - -> Al (OH) 3 + CaSO4

    In the left hand side there are 3 S atoms from Al2 (SO4) 3

    But in the right side there is only 1 S from CaSO4.

    To make the right side same we multiply the CaSO4 by 3.

    Al2 (SO4) 3 + Ca (OH) 2 - -> Al (OH) 3 + 3 CaSO4

    Now in the right side there 3 Ca from 3 CaSO4.

    But in the left side there is only 1 Ca from Ca (OH) 2.

    To make it same we multiply Ca (OH) 2 by 3.

    Al2 (SO4) 3 + 3 Ca (OH) 2 - -> Al (OH) 3 + 3 CaSO4

    Now there 2 Al from Al2 (SO4) 3 on the left.

    But there is only 1 Al from Al (OH) 3.

    So we multiply Al (OH) 3 by 2.

    Al2 (SO4) 3 + 3 Ca (OH) 2 - -> 2 Al (OH) 3 + 3 CaSO4

    Now we have 12 + 6 = 18 O on the left.

    On the right we have 6 + 12 = 18 O atoms.

    On the left we have 6 H atoms.

    On the right we have 6 H atoms.

    So our equation is balanced.

    From the balanced equation

    Al2 (SO4) 3 + 3 Ca (OH) 2 - -> 2 Al (OH) 3 + 3 CaSO4

    Ratio of Ca (OH) 2 to Al (OH) 3 = 3 : 2
