Answer: Excess reactant : Reactant that can produce more of the product

Limiting reactant : Reactant that can produce a lesser amount of the product

Theoretical yield : Amount of product predicted to be produced by the given reactants

Explanation: Limiting reactant is the one which limits the formation of product and thus produce lesser amount of products.

Excess reactant is the one which is present in excess and some amount of it is left unconsumed and thus can produce more amount of product.

Theoretical yield is the amount of products as expected to be produced from the given reactants. But the experimental yield is usually less as compared top theoretical yield.
