How much solar radiation is reflected back by clouds?

It is about 30 percent of the solar radiation that is reflected back by the clouds. Normally 24 to 25 percent of solar radiation is reflected back. The earth's surface reflects back about 4% of the solar radiation. Around 7 percent of solar radiation is scattered back to space by the particles in the atmosphere.
