    The pressure of the heated gas is 1.25atm

    Explanation:

    Using pressure law equation;

    P1/T1 = P2/T2

    P2 = P1T2 / T1

    P1 = 1atm

    T2 = 100 C = 100 + 273K = 373K

    T1 = 25.0 C = 25 + 273K = 298K

    Solving for P2 we equate the values and we get;

    P2 = P1T2 / T1

    P2 = 1 * 373 / 298

    P2 = 1.25 atm.

    The pressure of the heated gas is 1.25 atm.
