The Property of A Double Displacement Reaction is that the Element in front of a compound displaces the Other Metal in front of the other Compound. For eg.

    BaCl2+Na2SO4=BaSO4+2NaCl

Here Barium, the metal in front of the compound BaCl2 displaces Na, the metal in front of the compound Na2SO4 to form BaSO4 and NaCl.
