    All hydrocarbons are considered as organic compounds. Every hydrocarbon has these two conditions, in which it is considered as a hydrocarbon, they are:

    All the compounds must have carbon and hydrogen atoms in it. There must be covalent bonding between hydrogen and carbon.

    If these two conditions are found in any compound, then that compound is considered as a hydrocarbon.
