milliliters (mL) and liters (L) are units used to measure volumes

    1 L is made of 1000 mL

this means that 1000 mL make up 1 L

    then 1 mL is equal to - 1/1000 L

    therefore 1939 mL equals - 1 / 1000 mL/L x 1939 mL = 1.939 L

we have to round this off to the nearest tenth, digit in the tenths place is 9.

digit in the hundredth place is 3, since its less than 5 we dont change the digit in the tenths place.

therefore amount of liters rounded to the nearest tenth is - 1.9 L
