    Water is wet.

    Explanation:

When something is wet it is surrounded by water molecules. So if there is a single molecule by itself it is not wet but we can't easily see a single water molecule. So unless it is a single molecule of water then water is wet.

wet is a characteristic of something when a liquid is in contact with it. Water is a liquid, and can make other things wet.
