    19.33 KPa

    Explanation:

    The conversion factor from millimeter mercury to kilopaschal is 0.13332239. We have to multiply the blood pressure expressed in milimeter mercury by the conversion Factor of 0.13332239 in order to convert it to its equivalent in the kilopaschal units of pressure. Both millimeter mercury and kilopaschal area valid units of pressure.

    Hence;

    145 * 0.13332239 = 19.33 KPa
