    DNA and RNA are both nucleic acids. These are polymers made of building units called nucleotides. They both carry genetic information.

    They also carry and process information in living organisms. DNA is transcribed into RNA. This RNA is translated into proteins. Therefore only RNA produce proteins whereas DNA provides the information to synthesize RNA.

    Therefore correct answer is c, they both don't produce proteins
