Bond = An attraction between atoms that forms chemical substances

It will have similar chemical properties in correlation to the electron arrangement.

Substances are differentiated because of their neutrons as that has a direct effect on the mass number.

If they have similar chemical properties then that will BOND with the other substance's chemical properties. Not the physical aspect of it.
