    The molarity reduces to 0.0131 M

    Explanation:

    When 5 table spoons of bleach, sodium hypochlorite to 1 gallon of water

    Since bleach contains about 5% by mass of sodium hypochlorite

    Therefore, we have 5 g solute of sodium hypochlorite, NaClO, in 95 g of water.

    Therefore, the molarity is given by the number of moles per liter of solution

    Whereby 1 liter weighs about 1 kg, hence at 5% mass of NaClO is 50 g

    Number of moles per liter = (50 g) / (74.5 g) = 0.671 M

    Volume of 5 tablespoon = 73.9338 ml

    Therefore, number of moles in 5 tablespoon = 0.671 * 73.9338/1000 = 0.04962 moles

    Preparing a solution by adding 5 tablespoon of solute, bleach to 1 gallon of solvent, water we have;

    Volume of 1 gallon of water = 3785.41 ml

    Therefore, the new molarity will be 0.04962 moles per 3785.41 ml

    ∴ The number of moles per liter = (0.04962/3785.41) * 1000 = 0.0131 moles per liter or the molarity = 0.0131 M.
