    The measured value is the value you get when you do the experiment, it is also called an experimental value. the accepted value is the value that is accepted by scientists (it usually comes up when you Google the value of something).

    These value are used to calculate percent error.

    % error = | Accepted value - Measured Value | / Accepted value * 100
