My hypothesis would be that the electricity went off and the power turned on which caused everything plugged in and everything using WiFi to reset

Due to power cut for short duration of time internet connectivity goes off and also microwave turned off and when power turned on internet resets and microwave beeps.

when there is power cut that time microwave turned off and when power turned on that time microwave beeps.

When there is power cut that time reception goes bad since internet connectivity goes off for some time and everything reset after sometime.

My hypothesis is that there was power cut for short duration of time.
