The answer for the first question is (C) : ''Volume is directly proportional to absolute temperature''. This answer is correct as charles law is defined as:

''The volume of a given mass of a gas is directly proportional to the absolute temperature at constant pressure.'

    i. e V∝T

The answer of the second question is (D) : ''The particles of matter are arranged in different ways for the different states".

According to kinetic molecular theory the first option (A) is not correct as matter is made up of different sizes of molecules and they may necessarily be not large.

The second option (B) is also not correct as matter is also composed of neutral particles and they may or may not be charged.

The third option (C) is also not correct as the particle of matter are in constant motion and that of solid vibrate.

So, the correct option is (D) as all states of matter have different arrangements i. e closely packed in solids, little spacing in liquids, and randomly arranged in gases.
